Job summary

Argyll Scott Asia in Hong Kong is seeking a senior data & analytics lead to translate business goals into concrete data specifications for DW/BI teams. You will partner with Asia-wide leaders to define KPI routines and deliver rapid insights to executive leadership.

You will design ETL flows, data lake/warehouse pipelines, and integrate APIs/CRM and ad platforms, shaping AI-enabled Next-Best-Action capabilities across full-funnel journeys.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years technofunctional experience in marketing analytics, BI, data transformation or client intelligence.
• Experience in highly governed enterprise environments; finance/insurance background preferred.
• Hands-on SQL, Python, ETL concepts, and cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Proven ability to handle messy, unstructured data sets.
• Strong CRM and marketing intelligence connector knowledge (Salesforce, APIs, Supermetrics).
• Excellent visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI and stakeholder influence.
• Resilient, patient, and self-driven; able to partner with executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals into technical specs for data warehouse, BI, and engineering teams.
• Partner with Asia-wide leaders to define KPI routines and drive insights.
• Execute ad-hoc extractions and rapid analyses for executive questions.
• Define marketing intelligence logic and build ETL/data pipelines across platforms.

• Navigate regulated environments from concept to compliant execution.
