Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in data analytics, financial analysis, and digital innovation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables (knowledge of macros or Power BI or Tableau is a plus).
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn AI tools, automation platforms, or basic programming (e.g., Python, SQL).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial & business case analysis, data collection, and interpretation to support business decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools such as Excel and other analytics platforms.
• Support the team in maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Act as a gate keeper for data quality and resolving data discrepancies promptly.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in researching and implementing AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline workflows and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and business initiatives.
• Document new digital workflows and provide basic training or support to team members adopting new tools.
