Marsh (China) Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch in Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead branding, campaigns and events for the HK/Macau market. You will collaborate with Marsh Asia and Greater China teams to deliver localized marketing initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, content creation, digital marketing and the ability to drive demand generation with a B2B mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in Corporate Communications or Marketing Communications.
• B2B experience; financial/insurance sector preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Ability to lead campaigns and events in HK/Macau.
• Strong project management and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing communications strategies for HK and Macau.
• Manage digital channels, content creation, SEO/SEM, and social media.
• Coordinate with Marsh Asia and Greater China teams for localization.
• Drive large events and ensure alignment with regional processes.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to amplify activity.
