Marsh (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications/Marketing Communications Manager to lead branding and marketing initiatives in Hong Kong and Macau. You will shape content, manage digital channels, and drive events in collaboration with regional teams.

The role requires 8+ years in corporate communications, strong English/Chinese writing, and a proven ability to generate leads and support business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in marketing or related field.
• Extensive B2B corporate communications experience, preferably in financial/insurance sector.
• 8+ years as a Corporate Communications or Marketing Communications Manager.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing/communications strategies.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Commercially astute with ability to derive leads for business development.

Responsibilities

• Build Marsh brands through marketing, communications and PR in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events locally.
• Collaborate with Marsh Asia marketing team to support strategy execution.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure compliance with processes.
• Drive and manage large events in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Manage digital channels (website, emails, LinkedIn) for demand generation.
• Develop local content aligned with content strategy.
