Job summary

HKT is seeking a senior strategy professional to support planning and execution of strategic partnerships, industry collaborations, and business development initiatives. You will conduct market research on trends, emerging technologies, and growth opportunities while monitoring external developments impacting the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business planning, project management, business development, corporate affairs, or related fields.
• Experience in large organizations, professional services, consulting, or corporate environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into practical business recommendations.
• Understanding of innovation, digital transformation, AI, technology trends or related areas advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written English and Chinese, with experience preparing management-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of strategic partnerships, industry collaborations, and business development initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, emerging technologies, industry developments, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor external developments and assess potential business impacts, opportunities, and risks relevant to the Group.
• Prepare management reports, business cases, presentations, executive briefings, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Coordinate and drive strategic projects, including stakeholder engagement, progress tracking, and implementation support.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across various functions to align priorities and facilitate project delivery.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities related to innovation, digital transformation, AI, and new business initiatives.
• Support senior management in strategic planning exercises and special projects as required.
