Colliers is seeking an Assistant Manager in Valuation & Advisory Services in Hong Kong. The role focuses on developing and executing real estate valuation reports, performing due diligence, and conducting site visits as needed.
You will prepare feasibility analyses and maintain close client relationships. Ideal candidates hold a university degree in Real Estate or related fields, 3+ years of valuation experience in HK/APAC, and MRICS/MHKIS qualifications are highly desirable.
