Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an experienced property valuation professional to prepare valuation reports for landed properties and manage land administration tasks such as lease modifications, waiver applications, rates/stamp duty appeals, and feasibility studies.

You will draft tender proposals for government projects, deliver valuation reports in compliance with HKEX rules for IPOs and circulars, and assist the team head with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Member of HKIS and/or RICS.
• Degree in Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' working experience in property valuation and consultancy services.
• Able to help create business income.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare valuation reports for various types of landed properties.
