Job summary

Knight Frank Petty Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a detail‑driven professional to collect and analyse property and financial data across Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and overseas, and to prepare valuation and market research reports. Degree in surveying, real estate or related discipline preferred.

You will assist in developing real estate valuation models, financial models and performing financial analysis, and carry out other assignments or business development initiatives as instructed.

Qualifications

• Degree in surveying, real estate or related discipline
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Chinese word processing
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and responsible
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Valuer

Person Specification
