Job summary

Nanyang Commercial Bank is seeking an experienced Property Valuation professional in Hong Kong to provide valuation services, conduct market research, and prepare formal valuation reports for the Bank’s internal units.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above in Surveying or related disciplines, at least 5 years of valuation experience, and proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua. Strong accuracy under pressure and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Surveying, Valuation Real Estate or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of property valuation experience.
• Member of HKIS or RICS will be given priority consideration.
• Team player with good communication skills and time management skills.
• Able to work with high accuracy and under pressure.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Valuation Manager.
