Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking a Valuation/Consultancy professional to support and grow the Value & Risk practice across the region. You will develop client relationships, promote JLL’s valuation services, and generate new business with attention to client needs in Hong Kong.

The role involves delivering accurate valuation/consultancy assignments, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to expand service coverage. Cantonese fluency plus Mandarin/English ability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years’ experience in real estate.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese; able to communicate in Mandarin and English; proficient in Microsoft applications.

What does this job involve?

To support and develop JLL Value & Risk practice presence across Hong Kong region. This role focuses to develop client relations and promote JLL’s Valuation Services, Consultancy and other services, as well as to generate new business and new client contacts as appropriate.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop Valuation Services presence and fee generation opportunities
• Contribute to the development of Value & Risk Advisory database and operating procedures and practices
• Foster existing client relationships and cultivate business for the team
• Undertake and deliver accurate and quality valuation/consultancy assignments in timely manner
• Provide high quality real estate valuation/consulting services including but not limited to property market research, conducting valuation analysis, site inspections, feasibility studies, financial analysis, etc. with the focus in Hong Kong
• Prepare real estate valuation/consultancy reports and presentations
• Promote the other areas of activities with JLL

Want to know what we are looking for?

The ideal candidate shall equip with 1 to 4 years’ experience in real estate, and you love building client relationships. Professional qualification in General Practice surveying or equivalent is an advantage. You are analytical, detail-oriented and a good team player and got excellent communication skills. You adopt on hands‑on approach to problem solving, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace. You think on‑the‑go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease.

You are fluent in Cantonese and is able to communicate in Mandarin and English, and are proficient in the use of Microsoft applications.

Potential calibre with less experience will also be considered as the role at Valuer level.
