Responsibilities

• Lead partnership design by creating high-quality sales materials for new pitches.

About the Role

The role leads the partnership design function within the Sports Business Division, which is central to the Club's aspiration to become a globally recognised sports and entertainment brand with world-class horse racing at its core. The position creates high-quality, visually distinctive sales materials, sponsorship proposals and commercial packages for new business pitches. It works closely with commercial sales, marketing and event teams to enhance pitch effectiveness, balancing quality, turnaround time and workload in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the partnership design function by creating high-quality, visually distinctive sales materials for new business pitches
• Develop compelling sponsorship proposals, pitch decks and commercial packages tailored to partner objectives and market trends
• Translate briefs, data and creative ideas into clear, persuasive visual narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders
• Ensure all external-facing sales materials reflect HKJC's brand standards and stand out in competitive, high-value pitch environments
• Research sponsor brands and apply accurate brand guidelines across customised presentations and artwork
• Manage and maintain image libraries, version control and systematic filing of design assets
• Partner closely with commercial sales, marketing and event teams to enhance pitch effectiveness
• Balance quality, turnaround time and workload, consistently meeting deadlines and managing capacity

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' design experience
• Strong background in agency or in-house teams, with business acumen and the ability to deliver high-quality creative work at pace
• Advanced presentation design skills and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience establishing efficient design processes and standards
• Confident and credible in senior, client-facing stakeholder environments
• Strong English communication skills
• Results-driven, collaborative and detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced commercial environment

Preferred Skills

• Design experience in sports, entertainment, media or new-business pitching environments
