Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Customer & Growth Strategy Manager to drive strategy initiatives with regional clients. You will work directly with the C-suite to transform operations, accelerate growth, and explore new business opportunities.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coach professionals, and contribute to practice-building efforts across the Accenture Strategy network. Fluent Cantonese and English are required, Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years experience in customer and growth strategies.
• Experience leading consulting projects or related industry work.
• Experience with retail, consumer goods, travel, hospitality and consumer-facing industries.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin preferred.
• MBA from a global top-tier program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants to solve CEO-level issues and help clients achieve performance gains.
• Provide intellectual leadership and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop trusted client relationships and shape deals with compelling proposals.
• Build the practice by recruiting, training, and mentoring junior consultants.
