Hong Kong Executive Search seeks a Business Head for Insurance & Superannuation in Hong Kong to lead distribution across broker, direct, and alternative channels. You will shape profitability through innovative life and non-life products, and coach senior teams to excel in marketing, commissions, and channel development.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in insurance brokerage, exceptional communication, and fluency in English and Putonghua to engage with senior management and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in a well-established insurance brokerage firm.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; communicate with senior management.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua.

• High discipline and integrity, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua.
