Job summary

Prudential Services Asia in Hong Kong seeks a senior leader to design and execute the business strategy to grow Life Insurance conversions and profitability while enabling agents to cross-sell Life products and upsell General Insurance products.

You will build strong relationships with agents and intermediaries to boost market penetration and sales productivity, and drive growth through incentives, training, and events.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma graduate with professional insurance qualifications (ACII or ANZIIF).
• Minimum of 7 years of solid working experience with at least 3 years in supervisory experience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Putonghua highly preferred.
• Experience in handling multi-distribution channels, in particular life agency.
• Solid exposure in developing and underwriting general insurance / employee benefits business.
• Sales-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
