Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in marketing or related field.
• 7+ years experience in Financial Services, prefer life insurance; Asia/Middle East exposure preferred.
• 5+ years experience in communications focusing on customer and distribution communications, product marketing, and sales enablement.
• Strong writing, messaging, and communications planning experience.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear messaging and tailor for audiences.
• Experience in a global, matrix organization with multiple time zones and stakeholders.
• Superior written and verbal English communications; strong data-driven content evaluation.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices; attention to detail and deadline management.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset; familiar with content workflows and brand guidelines.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Smartsheet, Marketo, and Adobe Experience Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a distributor and customer communications strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Maintain a communications calendar shared with internal stakeholders.
• Define frameworks, tone of voice, and messaging standards for distributor and customer content.
• Ensure consistency across digital, email, letters, website, and in-product messaging.
• Translate complex information into clear, customer-friendly language.
• Manage end-to-end communications planning using marketing automation platforms.
• Collaborate with local business units to manage Distributor Website (DWS) and advise on enhancements.
• Support campaigns, product launches, marketing collateral, and enablement tools.
• Identify communication gaps and propose improvements; ensure clarity.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, digital, product, distribution, legal, and compliance teams.
• Serve as central point of contact for distribution and customer communications requests and prioritization.
• Manage internal stakeholders and balance multiple workstreams.
• Ensure communications meet brand, regulatory, and legal compliance; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor quality and accuracy of communications and refine standards.
• Track effectiveness using feedback, engagement metrics, and service data; optimize accordingly.
