You will lead cross-functional teams across marketing, product, operations, legal & compliance, and digital to ensure consistent messaging across channels and optimize customer experience and trust.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA degree in marketing or related field required.
• 7+ years in Financial Services; life insurance experience preferred; Asia/Middle East exposure preferred.
• 5+ years in communications focused on customer and distribution messaging.
• Strong writing, messaging, and communications planning skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Experience in global/matrix organizations with multiple time zones.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication; data-driven with analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement distributor/customer communications strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Define tone of voice and messaging standards for all distributor/customer content.
• Ensure consistency across digital, email, letters, website, and in-product messaging.
• Oversee distributor-facing communications: service updates, campaigns, onboarding materials.
• Translate complex information into clear, customer-friendly language.
• Manage end-to-end communications planning using marketing automation platforms.
• Oversee Distributor Website content and recommend tech enhancements.
• Support campaigns, product launches, collaterals, and enablement tools.
• Identify gaps and improve communications for clarity and impact.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, digital, product, distribution, legal, compliance.
• Prioritize requests and manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Ensure communications meet brand, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain approvals and governance documentation for audits.
• Track communication effectiveness using feedback and metrics; optimize accordingly.
