Job summary

AIA Shared Services seeks a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to lead transformation initiatives across Finance and Legal, focusing on AI-enabled solutions and data-driven decision making. You will bridge business stakeholders with technology teams, shaping scalable, secure implementations that improve efficiency and regulatory compliance.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, support change management, and ensure measurable value realization across enterprise programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or related discipline.
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs across Finance, Legal, Risk, Procurement, or Compliance.
Hands-on exposure to AI and advanced analytics use cases such as automation and predictive analytics.
Experience with data platforms and BI tools (Power BI) to support decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and Legal stakeholders to analyze end-to-end processes and identify AI-driven solutions.
Identify AI/ML use cases within finance processes (forecasting, anomaly detection, reconciliations, risk).
Translate business needs into functional specifications including AI, data, and integration requirements.
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, SLAs, OLAs, and governance frameworks.
