Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing digital projects within the financial services industry.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in data & analytics, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML or complex digital solution delivery in financial services and/or Fintech related industries.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, GenAI, etc.), data engineering and cloud platforms (GCP)
• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, SQL and Python
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in business processes.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
