Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking an experienced professional to lead development of AI-enabled and digital platforms across the Agency Digital Platform. You will translate requirements into scalable solutions, collaborate with business and technology teams, and drive delivery with a focus on user experience and business value.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, platform stability, and continuous improvement, including working with offshore teams and contributing to governance and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in application development, digital platforms, or technology delivery; 5–10 years for more senior positions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable AI-enabled solutions to support agency growth and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement AI, GenAI, automation, and digital use cases that address business challenges.
• Develop frontend (web and mobile), backend, API, and business logic components using modern architectures and cloud-native technologies.
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms to accelerate deployment and innovation.
• Participate in design and implementation of microservices and AI-integrated architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Evaluate AI technologies and frameworks to support business objectives and roadmaps.
• Ensure solution stability, performance, and security across application and infrastructure layers.
