You will coach store leaders, manage recruitment, support open/relocation projects, and collaborate with CRM, merchandising, and marketing to enhance brand experience.

With a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of multi‑unit retail management in fashion or luxury, you’ll empower teams, optimize KPI results, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business management or related field.
• 7+ years of retail management experience in fashion/luxury.
• Strong KPI understanding and multi-unit management.
• Excellent Mandarin/Cantonese and English communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations across SEA boutiques and support national expansion.
• Lead and coach store managers; drive sales KPI.
• Coordinate merchandising, VM, and CRM collaboration.
