Job summary

Delvaux in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee operations across SEA boutiques and national Delvaux stores. You will drive KPI targets, coach staff, and coordinate with CRM for events to build brand awareness.

You will lead merchandising, visual standards, and after-sales service, while steering store openings, recruitment, and performance optimization in a luxury fashion context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in business management or equivalent.
• 7+ years retail management experience in fashion or luxury sectors.
• Strong KPI knowledge and multi-unit management capabilities.
• Proactive problem solving with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong communication in English; Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations across SEA boutiques and Delvaux stores nationwide.
• Lead daily retail operations to ensure smooth performance and brand standards.
• Drive KPI achievement (CRM, Conversion, UPT, SPT) and provide coaching.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales feedback to Commercial Director and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain merchandise condition and prevent stock loss or counterfeits.
• Support after-sales service and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage store openings/relocations and recruitment for retail staff.
• Collaborate with CRM to enhance tools and in-store events.
• Develop relationships with third parties to attract high-potential prospects.
• Work with HQ training and ensure local execution of service and presentation standards.
• Mentor Store Managers, promote staff development and teamwork.
• Coordinate merchandising feedback with Merchandising Manager for assortments.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and maximizes sales.
• Prepare business analyses and presentations for internal/external meetings.
• Analyze market trends and competition; support marketing strategies.
