Job summary

Optima Living is seeking a Concierge to create a warm, welcoming experience for residents, visitors, and team members, supporting day-to-day community operations. The role handles inquiries, move-in coordination, administrative tasks, and customer service aligned with Optima’s hospitality-driven culture.

Reporting to the General Manager or Administration Manager, the position requires a minimum of one year in an administrative role, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to present professional documents with clarity.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents, visitors, and team members warmly and professionally.
• Manages incoming calls and inquiries, directing visitors and contractors to appropriate individuals.
• Ensures visitor sign-in/sign-out is properly followed.
• Supports meetings, event scheduling, equipment bookings and catering requests as needed.
• Assists with coordination of move-ins and move-outs.
• Coordinates resident appointments and arrange transportation as applicable.
• Maintains confidential administrative support to leadership.
• Ensures smooth information flow and timely communication across the community.
