Harriman Leasing Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Leasing Officer (Retail) at Times Square to manage marketing and leasing of retail premises. You will formulate leasing strategy, liaise with tenants and agents, and compile leasing reports.

Requirements: university degree in real estate or related disciplines, at least 3 years of retail leasing experience, and fluency in English, Chinese and Putonghua. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

• At least 3 years' solid experience in property leasing, preferably in retail premises.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
