Job summary

P & A CONSULTANT LIMITED seeks an experienced Leasing Specialist to handle daily leasing enquiries and tenancy matters for premium retail properties in Hong Kong, including Plaza Hollywood and Times Square. You will drive leasing strategies and coordinate with international brands to optimize occupancy.

The ideal candidate has extensive retail leasing and property management experience, with a proven track record in market analysis and report preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in retail leasing
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in property leasing
• At least 6 years' solid exp. in retail leasing
• 3 years+ relevant experience in property management
• Minimum 2 years' solid experience in property management
• Experience in Grade A Retail and/or Commercial Property is a must
