The Wharf (Holdings) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Leasing Manager to handle leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in PRC.

You will liaise with international brands and local estate agents, formulate leasing strategies, and conduct market research. The role is based in Hong Kong with travel to various PRC cities as required, offering an exciting cross-border opportunity in retail real estate.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing, real estate or related field.
• At least 3 years' leasing experience with handling legal documents.
• Experience in retail/property management projects in PRC is an advantage.
• Experience in marketing/business development will be considered.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Putonghua and English.

• Experience in retail / property management projects in PRC an advantage
• Experience in marketing / business development will also be considered
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent Putonghua and English
