Job summary

Centre for Oncology and Immunology in Hong Kong invites applications for Technical Officer / Senior Research Assistant (Ref.: 104132) on a fixed-term basis with renewal possible. The role ensures a compliant laboratory, supports procurement, inventory, admin tasks, manages instruments and provides training to new staff and students in a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a master’s degree or above with at least 5 years of relevant experience; PhD may be considered for Senior TO.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Medicinal Chemistry or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in MS, proteomics, LC, organic synthesis or medicinal chemistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the laboratory remains organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Support procurement and inventory management.
• Handle administrative tasks and manage laboratory instruments.
• Deliver training to new staff and students in a multidisciplinary team.
