Job summary
The University of Hong Kong invites applications for a Part-time Senior Technical Officer in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in clinical research, especially molecular diagnostics for human infectious diseases or oncological conditions.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written); strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in molecular biology and cell biology techniques; able to undertake technical and supervisory duties.
Responsibilities
- Undertake technical and supervisory duties and provide support to research projects.
- Contribute to clinical research activities in molecular diagnostics for human infectious diseases and cancers.
