Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computing or related subjects.
• At least 5 years working experience in application development.
• Experience in system development and large-scale IT projects.
• Experience in application systems using Web Services.
• Experience in Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Government IT project experience is required.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Perform problem diagnosis and program fixing for various social security schemes
• Perform physical design and specify program components for the system enhancements
• Prepare and conduct program testing and system testing
• Provide support to user acceptance testing
• Supervise Analyst Programmers to perform program development and system testing
• Perform on call support duties
