Job summary

The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of experience in system support and application development, with at least 3 years as a Systems Analyst. Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in system support and application development, with at least 3 years as a Systems Analyst.
• At least 3 years of experience in application development/support using C#, .NET, T-SQL, Java, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server 2016 or above.
• Strong analytical ability with good troubleshooting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Define system objectives and prepare design specifications.
• Provide technical solutions to complex problems.
• Analyze user requirements and define systems design.
• Carry out ongoing support and perform systems re-configuration.
• Work closely with vendors for project assignments and systems integration.
• Provide daily technical support and conduct system health monitoring.
• Setup environments like SIT, UAT, and production for implementations.
• Develop and execute system and user acceptance test plans.
