Job summary

CPJobs International is seeking an experienced IT System Analyst in Hong Kong to lead requirement study, system analysis and design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and websites. The role involves preparing documentation and coordinating projects to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Higher education in computing or related subjects is required.
• At least 6 years' post-qualification IT experience with 3 years in system analyst role for application development/support.
• Solid experience in SQL, web programming and web administration.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• To carry out requirement study, system analysis and design, development, implementation, and maintenance for IT systems and websites.
• To prepare system and project documentation, and to perform project coordination and system implementation.
• To provide technical consultation services on in-house projects and outsourcing projects.
• To assist the project manager in project management, system implementation, system administration, and maintenance for in-house projects.
• To coordinate Security Risk Assessment & Audit for IT systems/websites and work with SRAA contractors.
• To work with parties including other ITMD support teams, contractor Helpdesks, and schools to provide support to the IT systems.
• To provide training, technical support and advice to users of IT systems and IT activities, and be willing to work after office hours if needed.
