Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Analyst Programmer to diagnose problems, design components, and advance social security system projects.

Responsibilities include testing, UAT support, supervising analysts, and on-call duties. Candidates should have HK computing degree, 5+ years in app development, and government project exposure. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computing or related subjects.
• At least 5 years working experience in application development.
• Experience in system development and large-scale IT projects.
• Experience in application systems using Web Services.
• Experience in Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Government IT project experience is required.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
