Job summary

HR Plus in Hong Kong is seeking a System Analyst/Analyst Programmer for a renowned Telecommunication Corporation. You will join a fast-growing team to design, develop, test and implement core application systems.

The ideal candidate holds a IT-related degree and at least five years of experience, with strong Java J2EE and MS SQL Server skills. Extra credit for LEA Intelligence System and PaaS/DBaaS/CaaS experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience
• Proficient in Java J2EE (Open JDK) and MS SQL Server
• Experience with LEA Intelligence System is highly regarded
• Experience with EGIS/GCIS PaaS, DBaaS, CaaS or Shared Services
• Experience in Government Projects is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application systems by collecting user requirements; system analysis & design; system development, testing and implementation
• Conduct detailed system analysis, problem diagnosis, purpose, develop and implement IT solutions
• Prepare requirement specifications of IT solutions
• Maintain system documentation and IT solutions reports
