Job summary

Wah Kwong Shipping Agency Co Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT support professional to deliver L1/L2 service desk and system administration for Hong Kong and global sites.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and collaboration tools, while supporting ITSM processes, documentation, and automation initiatives. Strong communication in English/Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk/service desk operations across multiple locations.
• Degree in Computer Science or IT with 4–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop/server environments and MS 365 apps.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes, incident/problem/patch management.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and PowerShell.
• Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred, with strong communication.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 IT service desk support for Hong Kong and remote offices.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Deploy and implement ITSM solutions; manage incidents, problems, patches, and assets.
• Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles; look for automation opportunities.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide ad hoc IT support as required.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and duties assigned by management.
