Job summary

Johnson Electric Group seeks a Senior IT Support Engineer to lead a small team in Hong Kong and provide enterprise IT support across Asia. You will manage endpoint configurations, perform advanced troubleshooting, and maintain asset CMDBs while supporting ITIL-aligned processes.

The role requires strong English and Putonghua skills, experience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and enterprise security solutions, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline.
• 2+ years of related IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows end-user computing and security products.
• Experience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Entra ID and modern endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of outsourced IT support specialists.
• Escalation point for IT support within Asia offices.
• Perform endpoint management and OS support for Windows and devices.
