Job summary

The Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd invites applications for Principal IT Lead (Information Security) in Admiralty. Reporting to the Head of Information Security & Network Services, the appointee will lead enterprise technology strategy, architecture and operating models across information security and network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 14 years’ relevant experience in large-scale technology initiatives.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements, information security governance, audit, risk management and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise technology strategy, architecture and operating models across information security and network infrastructure.
Drive strategic technology programmes, including sourcing, vendor management and service governance.
Manage the technology portfolio, investment priorities, budgets and roadmaps with emphasis on innovation (AI/automation).
Lead major technology incidents and risk events as senior escalation point for communications, regulatory engagement and root cause analysis.
