Responsibilities

Reporting to Principal IT Lead, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:

• To lead the full lifecycle of network services projects and initiatives, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, and contract management
• To manage project progress to ensure alignment with cost, schedule, deliverables and milestone payments
• To act as Incident Lead to coordinate triage, communication, root cause analysis, corrective actions and post‑incident reviews
• To maintain operational documentation, diagrams and asset inventories and drive automation using AI tools
• To maintain networking technology standards across internet, Demilitarised Zone, data centre and access networks
• To manage internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with group, corporate, and industry technology standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• A minimum of 11 years’ relevant work experience in large‑scale network and security infrastructure support and cybersecurity management, including a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role
• Sound knowledge of network technologies and protocol stacks such as BGP, OSPF, VxLAN, VPN, IDS/IPS, MFA, and NAC
• Proven experience and in‑depth knowledge in one or more of the following domains, e.g. WAN, Data Centre, SDN, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi, Load‑balancer, or Anti‑DDoS
• Certifications in networking or cybersecurity such as HCIE, CCIE, CISP, CISSP, CISA, CISM an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of IT Lead.

This is a 2-year contract position. Renewal of contract or appointment as a member of our permanent workforce is subject to the Company’s business needs and the performance of the individual.
