Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management experience in large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering critical IT projects.
• Strong experience across: business case development, stakeholder management, budget management, risk and issue management, change management, delivery management.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology.
• Excellent communication, governance, and leadership skills.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred, Cantonese is required.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.

This role requires a sophisticated project leader who can manage the full project lifecycle — from business case development and mobilisation through execution, governance, change, and delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving the successful delivery of critical IT projects in large, complex organisations, with the ability to manage senior business and IT stakeholders, budgets, risks, and cross-functional delivery teams. Insurance experience is helpful but not essential.
