Qualifications

8+ years in IT infrastructure and operations management.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, storage, and data centres.
Oversee daily operations and ensure performance, availability, and reliability of all systems.
Lead a small team of IT operations and infrastructure specialists with mentoring and appraisals.
Establish and monitor IT service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance with standards.
Implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement of hardware, software, and services.
Ensure adherence to IT security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
Prepare budgets, reports, and metrics on infrastructure performance and capacity.
