Job summary

• 8–10 years of hands‑on IT infrastructure experience.
• 3–5 years in IT management or team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Strong Windows/Linux, AD, and virtualization knowledge.
• Networking with Cisco/Fortinet/Aruba and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hybrid cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, networks, and server rooms.
• Lead DR tests, backups, and business continuity planning.
• Manage ITSM operations, escalations, and team development.
• Drive automation and secure AI tool adoption for IT ops.
• Enforce security controls across endpoints, IAM/MFA, SaaS, and AI.
• Monitor patches, cyber incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Build 1–3 year technology roadmap; manage vendor lifecycles & SLAs.
