Job summary

Morgan Stanley seeks an Hong Kong Data Center - Assistant Operations Manager to oversee engineering services and data centre operations across Hong Kong facilities. You will work under the Data Center Operations Manager, ensuring reliability, uptime, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (read/write/speak) and Cantonese (read/speak); bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Hong Kong Operations Manager in daily activities to maintain 100% uptime where possible.
• Liaise with data centre teams and operations staff across sites.
• Prepare, implement and update operational processes and procedures as required.
• Review change management docs for data centre tasks.
• Oversee maintenance and incidents; identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with H&S requirements and meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Report on maintenance practices and energy usage; identify savings opportunities.
• Assist in budgeting for data centre operations and maintenance.
