Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 10 years’ infrastructure operations experience in banking/FS.
• Hands-on with RTGS, SWIFT, FPS, ICLNet connectivity.
• Experience with security and operational requirements in payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day infrastructure operations for servers, networks, data centres, storage, backup and DR.
• Administer and monitor connectivity for RTGS, SWIFT, FPS, ICLNet and other interfaces with vendors.
• Oversee monitoring tools, incident handling and root-cause analysis to minimise downtime.
• Provide project coordination for infrastructure and payment initiatives from planning to stabilization.
• Manage infrastructure vendors, SLAs and changes to meet technical/operational expectations.
• Support telephony/PBX/SIP/voice-recording infrastructure with internal users and external vendors.
