Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to support and manage bank IT networks (data & voice) 24x7. You will implement changes, secure systems, and drive resilience across LAN/WAN, telephony, and security products.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot outages, and collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth deployments while maintaining high service levels in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.
• Experience with infrastructure administration and support in financial institutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, telephony, network monitoring and security products is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform 7 x 24 support, administration and implementation on IT network (data & voice) and security systems.
• Follow change control procedures to execute network changes (routing/switching, hosted IP voice, firewalls).
• Implement new solutions and improve resilience of the environment.
• Secure network systems according to IT security policy.
• Participate in project management implementation processes.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot network issues, schedule upgrades, optimize network.
• Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area networks.
• Report network status by gathering information and prioritizing projects.
• Upgrade data network equipment to latest patches regularly.
• Liaise with project teams, third-line engineers and service desk.
• Communicate with customers for requirements.
