Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. seeks an experienced IT leadership professional to manage a 7x24 on-call team for OS applications, oversee system maintenance and documentation, and coordinate security drills and audits.

The role covers patch management, backup strategies, and data transfers during GETS transitions. The candidate will lead large-scale IT systems, provide technical consultancy, and liaise with GETS service providers and government backend teams to ensure smooth operation and security

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing or related subjects.
• 8–10 years in IT industry.
• Strong project management and technical consultancy skills.
• Solid hands-on experience in managing large scale IT system.
• Solid hands-on experience in Security Risk Assessment & Audit and Privacy Impact Assessment & Audit.
• Solid hands-on experience in patch management.
• Solid hands-on experience in technical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team to provide 7x24 on-call support for the application of operating system.
• Supervise the maintenance and enhancements of application system.
• Ensure the program specifications and other documentation are consistently updated.
• Manage the team for routine tasks, such as Disaster Recovery Drill, Information Security Incident Handling Drill, Security Risk Assessment & Audit and Privacy Impact Assessment & Audit.
• Supervise the team to apply security patches of applications and operation systems, including Linux, Windows server and Windows 10/11.
• Provide advisory on the optimum backup methodology.
• Supervise the team in backing up and transferring data to other B/D during transition of GETS to Trade Single Window.
• Liaise with GETS Service Providers and GETS Government backend system support teams on operational issues of GETS
