Qualifications

• Degree or above in Computer Science or related subjects.
• 7+ years of experience in IT.
• Experience in administration and maintenance of IT systems such as portals and web apps.
• Familiar with MS Windows, Outlook, and common office tools.
• Strong information security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT systems (e.g., departmental portal, e-leave system, identity management).
• Ensure smooth operation and security of IT systems; diagnose and resolve issues.
• Lead IT projects per government standards and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Enhance application systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Prepare technical specifications for IT procurements and input for procurement docs.
