Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited invites a Business Analyst to support the Education Information System (EdIS) and related teacher systems in a contract role based in Sha Tin. You will help develop the new Teacher Registration and Practising Certificate Platform, gathering user requirements and coordinating with stakeholders and tech teams.

Responsibilities include assisting in workflow analysis, design reports, UAT preparation, and monitoring platform progress while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in supporting IT systems.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, administrative and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and responsible.
• Experience with government systems and services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to the Teacher Registration and Practising Certificate Platform as a Business Analyst.
• Compile, revise and consolidate user requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Liaise with parties and comment on workflow, system design and impact analysis.
• Assist in confirming platform design and issue fixes and conduct UAT.
• Coordinate with technical teams and monitor progress of the platform.
• Review and accept project deliverables and provide system-related support.
