Chubb Life HK is seeking a Senior International HNW Manager to lead relationships with international brokers and drive growth in Global HNW segments. The role focuses on strategic alliance building, market insight, and product-driven campaigns across markets in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will have extensive insurance experience with international brokers, excellent communication and training skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets in a cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• University graduate with 8+ years' experience in insurance, Global HNW and international brokers.
• Strong communication and sales motivation.
• Excellent product training skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic alliances with international brokers to meet sales plans.
• Develop business development plans for sustainable growth.
• Analyze international HNW market trends to provide insights.
• Design tailor-made campaigns, training, sponsorships to activate HNW relationships.
• Visit international brokers to strengthen relationships with executives and technical reps.
• Plan and utilize financials to maximize top line.
• Conduct product training across partner levels to promote brokers.
• Drive international HNW business with product innovation and broker diversification.
• Ensure compliance for assigned brokers and segments.
• Perform annual due diligence on active brokers to ensure quality partners.
