China Construction Bank (Asia) is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to oversee the division's control, compliance, credit, audit and operational risk functions. You will ensure end-to-end process risk management and alignment with regulatory requirements.

You will lead AML/KYC initiatives, liaise with regulators, advise front to back office, and draft policies with cross-functional teams. Strong English and Chinese required with Mandarin a plus.

Formación

• Degree holder in Business, Finance or Law.
• Minimum 10 years in compliance, control and credit with at least 2 years in supervisory level.
• Solid understanding of control, compliance, credit, audit and operational risk concepts.
• Experience in developing risk and governance operating models.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee projects and monitor control, compliance, credit, audit and operational issues to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide advisory support to front, middle and back office on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Liaise with local regulators and handle regulatory inquiries, audits and surveys.
• Draft, revise and implement division policies with gap analysis in collaboration with relevant functions.
• Ensure the division complies with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
• Provide regular reports and progress updates to management and coordinate with internal and external parties to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
