Job summary

Gravitas Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter to drive Insurance Technology contract and interim recruitment, leveraging our established client base and market reputation. You will focus on business development, client acquisition, and strategic growth across insurance transformation projects.

The role offers autonomy, leadership support, and a platform to build long-term contractor relationships with insurers, brokers, and insurtech clients in Hong Kong and the region.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience with a successful track record in contract, interim, or permanent recruitment.
• Strong business development and client acquisition experience.
• Experience within Technology, Financial Services, Insurance, or a related specialist market would be advantageous.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ambition to build and grow a specialist market with long-term potential.
• Resilient, proactive, and motivated by achieving exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Driving business development activities across the Insurance Technology contract market.
• Developing new client relationships and identifying opportunities for interim and project-based hiring solutions.
• Growing and managing strategic accounts across the Insurance sector.
• Partnering with hiring managers, technology leaders, and programme stakeholders on workforce planning and talent strategies.
• Working closely with existing Gravitas clients to expand contract recruitment solutions.
• Collaborating with Technology and Financial Services teams to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
• Building a strong network of contract technology professionals across key disciplines including Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Architecture, Digital, Product, and Technology Change.
• Establishing yourself as a trusted market specialist within the Insurance Transformation and Technology space.
