Job summary

Gravitas Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter to drive Insurance Technology contract and interim recruitment, leveraging our established client base and market reputation. You will focus on business development, client acquisition, and strategic growth across insurance transformation projects.

The role offers autonomy, leadership support, and a platform to build long-term contractor relationships with insurers, brokers, and insurtech clients in Hong Kong and the region.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience with a successful track record in contract, interim, or permanent recruitment.
• Strong business development and client acquisition experience.
• Experience within Technology, Financial Services, Insurance, or a related specialist market would be advantageous.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Contract Recruiter to join our Hong Kong team, specialising in Technology Contract & Interim Recruitment within the Insurance sector.

Working under the leadership of Irene Yang, Insurance Director, and Cherrie Ho, Contract Recruitment Leader, you will have the opportunity to leverage Gravitas' established Insurance client base and strong Financial Services reputation while building long-term contract recruitment partnerships across the market.

This role is ideally suited to a recruiter who enjoys the commercial side of recruitment and wants to focus heavily on business development, client acquisition, and strategic account growth, while being supported by an experienced delivery and leadership network.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role within a growing area of the business, focused on expanding Gravitas' presence across the Insurance Technology contract market.

You’ll partner with insurers, brokers, reinsurers, and insurtech organisations, helping them secure specialist talent for transformation and change programmes across Hong Kong and the wider region.
