Protiviti Hong Kong Co. Limited is seeking a (Senior) Recruitment Consultant - IT Contracting to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering market intelligence and hiring insights to deliver top IT contract talent.

You will build strong relationships, manage negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely placement while maintaining high client satisfaction and spotting upsell opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, recruitment, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven experience as Technology Recruitment Consultant (preferrable).
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Commercially driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing market intelligence, hiring insights, and workforce solutions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Drive repeat business and uncover upselling opportunities across existing accounts.
• Manage contract negotiations, service agreements, and commercial discussions.
• Partner closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
• Conduct thorough requirement briefings and provide market insights to delivery consultants.
• Participate in client presentations, proposal preparation, and solution discussions.
